Availability of StatusControl notifications
StatusControl notifications are currently available for the following hoists and control units.
- DVR hoists that are equipped with a DMU condition monitoring unit
- DR and DMR hoist that are equipped with a SafeControl module
For StatusControl notifications to be available, the StatusControl product must be acquired.
| NOTE | This requirement also applies to crane vendors and internal Demag users. You cannot set up StatusControl notifications to be sent from customers that do not have the StatusControl product. |
StatusControl notifications can be set up only if the customer has at least one location. So, the customer structure must complete in Siebel.
The crane or hoist must have a suitable modem, router, or gateway for StatusControl data transfer. The modem, router, or gateway must be properly activated.
