What are StatusControl notifications?

StatusControl notifications are email messages that can be sent to you when a safety issue, maintenance need, or potential abusive use is detected in a remotely monitored crane or hoist. The purpose of these notifications is to help you:

Improve and prolong the efficient and safe use of the crane
Identify possible concerns in the condition of the crane and carry out corrective actions
Schedule the maintenance actions of the crane
Stay informed about predefined safety and usage issues that are detected in the crane

StatusControl notifications inform you of possible safety and production risks and provide recommendations on how to eliminate the risks.

Safety risks can jeopardize the health and safety of crane operators and other personnel near the crane.
Production risks can cause unnecessary downtime and financial losses over time.

StatusControl notifications typically arrive as daily summary messages, with the sender being no-reply@statuscontrol.demagcranes.com. Here is an example of a StatusControl notification email.

You can edit your StatusControl notification settings in the StatusControl portal, in your user profile. StatusControl notifications are personal: You can edit only your own notification settings.
