- Open your web browser.
The recommended web browsers are Google
Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. The portal has been designed to
work on all screen sizes, including mobile devices.
- Go to https://statuscontrol.demagcranes.com.
- Enter your work
email address.
- Enter your StatusControl password.
- If prompted, read and accept the terms and
conditions for using the portal.
You cannot use the portal without
accepting the terms and conditions. You are prompted to accept the terms and
conditions upon the first sign-in and after any update to the terms and
conditions.
If you want to get back to the terms and
conditions later on, sign in and access your user profile top right.
- Optionally, accept the cookie policy by selecting
OK in the cookie
banner at the bottom.
A cookie is a small package of data that
your web browser stores on your computer. Cookies ensure the best user
experience for you, whenever you access the portal. For more information, select

If you select OK in the cookie banner, you
accept all cookies. The cookie banner disappears and does not appear
again—unless you clear the cookie cache of your web browser.
If you do not accept cookies on the
sign-in page, the following pop-up window appears and remains there until you
take an action.
- Select LOG IN.
