Portal access
Upon activating the remote service, user accounts are created for the designated contact persons for the customer and the local crane vendor. The contact persons are agreed on with the customer, and the contact information is stored in the portal database. User account information is sent by email.
User authentication and other strict security measures ensure that only authorized people are able to access the data. For example, equipment owners can view data only about their own equipment. The local crane vendor personnel can view the same data as the equipment owners about the equipment that they are responsible for maintaining.
NOTE | The user account is personal. Do not let anybody else use the account on your behalf. |
