Alerts

The Alerts tab lists the errors and warnings that have occurred in the hoists during the selected timeframe. By default, the data is from the last three months.

• Errors represent faults and alerts that are detected by and stored in the error memory of the SafeControl module. The indicator color of errors is red.
• Warnings represent events about which the crane operator is informed. The indicator color of warnings is yellow.

You can filter the list to reflect only errors or only warnings by using the corresponding tag above the list.

The errors and warnings are ordered by the date of occurrence, with the most recent ones first.

If only one error occurred during a day, the list shows the timestamp, affected hoist, error code, and error description. Select the double-headed arrow button top right to open more details in a pop-up window. The same applies to warnings.

If you see a title called Error Alerts in the list, it means that many errors occurred during the same day. Select the arrowhead button top right to view all errors from that day. The same applies to Warning Alerts.
